The R.O.V.E.R Competition Belt for USPSA
The R.O.V.E.R. belt is a 1.5-inch articulated competition gun belt designed optimized for USPSA. Instead of a traditional fiber or nylon belt, hinged links conform around your waist while providing a rigid platform for your holster, magazine pouches, and other accessories. The links are made from a high-strength polymer blend selected for rigidity, durability, and resistance to temperature, humidity, and impact.
A ratcheting closure lets you quickly dial in belt tension and release it just as easily. Links can be added, removed, or individually replaced, making the belt simple to size, maintain, and repair. The articulated design provides a secure setup that mates to your existing inner velcro belt.
The current design is the result of multiple revisions and real-world testing. R.O.V.E.R. USPSA belts are being used by active competitors with different waist sizes, body types, and equipment configurations. Each belt can be made in a variety of colors and textures, with multiple link sizes available to dial in the fit specifically for your hips.
The USPSA Version of the R.O.V.E.R. has MANY more link options than the IDPA version including direct through, mounting to, and in-between sized links to direct mount your attachments TO and THROUGH the belt for better filament. The links are also 30% thicker providing a very rigid, stable, and strong platform for your gear to live on. And it rolls up!
Built for You
Every R.O.V.E.R. is made to order for the individual shooter and their equipment. Before I build your belt, we’ll talk about how R.O.V.E.R. works, your current setup, and what your needs are. You’ll send me a photo of your current belt so we can review your holster, magazine pouches, attachment methods, positioning, and how you actually use your equipment during a match.
We’ll work through the available link sizes, colors, textures, mounting options, and equipment placement before agreeing on the final configuration. The goal is a one-of-one belt built around you and your equipment, not a generic belt selected from a size chart. Every belt I make is individually configured for the person wearing it—there are no generic, off-the-shelf R.O.V.E.R. belts.
NOTE - There are MANY specialty links in use on this belt so before I make anything, communication is required because I don't want you to get something you can't use with your current gear.
Open Design
The R.O.V.E.R. belt isn’t a proprietary black box. The model files, hardware requirements, print settings, assembly instructions, and technical documentation are publicly available on Printables. Everything I make, you can make yourself.
There are no proprietary replacement links or parts intended to lock you into buying parts from me. Everything I use to make the belt is off the shelf. I want you to actually own the product and have the information / files / tools necessary to maintain it for as long as you choose to use it.

Klock Holding Co. is a one-man shop making customizable, maker-driven gear for competitive shooters. The idea is simple: competition gear doesn’t have to be one-size-fits-all. Shooters have different bodies, equipment, divisions, attachment preferences, and ideas about how their setup should work.
Everything started with solving problems in my own competition setup. I wanted a stiff, segmented belt with the characteristics I liked about systems such as the Lynx, but designed around IDPA requirements and attachments that were actually comfortable for me. That led to designing, printing, testing, and continually refining my own belts, mounts, and accessories. Today, I make gear for both IDPA and USPSA.
Open-source design is a core part of the shop. Every design I create is shared online free of charge so other shooters and makers can print it, modify it, adapt it, make replacement parts, or improve on it. If someone makes one of my designs better, that’s a feature, not a problem.
For shooters who don’t have a printer—or simply don’t want to build everything themselves—I offer finished products with customization options. For makers, the files I use are available HERE to download for free.
