Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “user,” “buyer,” or “seller”) and Pewcentric LLC (“Pewcentric,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using pewcentric.com (the “Site”) or any related services (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms.
- Who Can Use Pewcentric
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- What Pewcentric Is
- Pewcentric is a marketplace platform: we connect buyers and independent sellers.
- Pewcentric does not own, manufacture, or guarantee the products or services listed by sellers.
- Buyers and sellers enter into transactions directly with each other. Pewcentric is not a party to those contracts.
- What Pewcentric Is Not
- We do not sell firearms, ammunition, or other regulated products.
- Our motto is “Everything but the Guns™”. Sellers may only list items consistent with our policies.
- We reserve the right to remove items, suspend accounts, or refuse service if users violate our rules.

Your Use of the Services
When using Pewcentric, you agree to follow our House Rules, Seller Policy, Buyer Policy, and Prohibited Items Policy. You must not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, harassment, or illegal activity, or copy/scrape/misuse our content. -
Fees and Payments
Sellers agree to our Payments Policy. Buyers agree to pay the listed price plus applicable taxes and shipping. Pewcentric may hold or refund payments in accordance with our policies. -
Disputes Between Users
Buyers and sellers should first try to resolve issues directly. If unresolved, Pewcentric may mediate but does not guarantee outcomes unless required by our policies. Chargebacks are handled by payment providers. -
Intellectual Property
Sellers must only list original items or items they have the legal right to sell. We respect DMCA requests — see our Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy. -
Limitation of Liability
Pewcentric provides the platform “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid us in the past 12 months. -
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Pewcentric harmless from claims arising out of your use, your listings, or your violation of these Terms. -
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois. Disputes must be resolved in courts located in Cook County, Illinois. You waive jury trial to the extent permitted by law. -
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If significant changes are made, we’ll notify users via the Site or email.
Seller Policy
This Seller Policy explains the rules and expectations for selling on Pewcentric. By listing items or services on pewcentric.com, you agree to follow this policy as well as our Terms of Use.
- Who Can Sell on Pewcentric
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Create a Pewcentric account and complete your seller profile. = Provide accurate information about yourself and your business.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including tax and business registration requirements.
- What You Can Sell
Our motto is “Everything but the Guns™.” You may sell handmade or custom products, original designs, services (training, coaching, gunsmithing, education), and curated items consistent with our mission.
Not Allowed: firearms, ammunition, reloading supplies; explosives, hazardous materials; pornography; mass-produced knockoffs or counterfeit goods. See our Prohibited Items Policy for details.
- Your Responsibilities
- Be Honest – Accurate descriptions, your own photos.
- Be Professional – Ship on time, package securely, provide tracking when applicable.
- Be Responsive – Reply to buyer messages promptly.
- Respect Our Community – Treat buyers, other sellers, and staff with respect.
- Comply with the Law – Consumer protection, safety standards, IP rights.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
You are responsible for shipping items to buyers, setting clear shipping costs/times, and a shop return policy. Follow Pewcentric’s Returns & Refunds Policy. -
Disputes with Buyers
Buyers should contact you first. If unresolved, Pewcentric may mediate and may issue refunds per policy. -
Intellectual Property
Only list items you created or have the legal right to sell. Do not infringe on others’ rights. Repeat violations may result in suspension. -
Enforcement
We may remove listings, limit/suspend accounts, withhold payouts, or ban accounts for violations. -

Buyer Policy
This Buyer Policy explains what you can expect when purchasing from Pewcentric sellers, and what we expect from you as a buyer. By using the Site, you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Use.
- Who Can Buy
- Be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction).
- Provide accurate account, shipping, and payment details.

What You Can Buy
“Everything but the Guns™” — handmade/original items, gear and accessories, services like training/coaching/gunsmithing. We do not allow firearms, ammunition, reloading supplies, explosives, pornography, counterfeit goods, or anything illegal. -
Buyer Responsibilities
- Pay Promptly – Use approved payment methods.
- Provide Accurate Info – Shipping address and contact details.
- Communicate Respectfully – With sellers and support.
- Follow the Rules – Do not attempt to purchase prohibited items.

Payments
Payments are processed securely. See Payments Policy. -
Shipping & Delivery
Sellers ship within stated timeframes. Review listing details for costs and estimates. Tracking is encouraged. -
Returns & Refunds
Each seller sets their own terms within our Returns & Refunds Policy. Contact the seller first; if unresolved you may escalate under our Buyer Protection Policy within 14 days of delivery. -
Prohibited Conduct & Changes
No fraud/abuse/harassment, fee circumvention, or misuse of reviews/disputes. Violations may result in suspension. We may update this policy. Send questions via email to: support@pewcentric.com.
Prohibited Items Policy
Prohibited items include (but are not limited to):
- Firearms
- Ammunition
- Serialized or regulated parts
- Explosives, black powder, or reloading components
- High-capacity magazines (if restricted in your state)
- Homemade or improvised weapons
- Illegal or restricted items under state or federal law
- Offensive, violent, or adult content
- Counterfeits or knockoffs
Important: This list is not exhaustive. Pewcentric reserves the right to remove any listing that is unsafe, unlawful, misleading, low-quality, or inconsistent with the mission and values of the platform at our sole discretion. If you're unsure about a product or service, just reach out, we're happy to review it with you.
Buyer Protection Policy
We want every purchase on Pewcentric to be safe and rewarding. This Buyer Protection Policy explains when Pewcentric may step in to help resolve an issue with your order.
- What’s Covered
- Order never received.
- Item damaged, defective, or not as described.
- Order canceled by seller but you were charged.
- Seller refuses to honor their stated return/refund policy.
- What’s Not Covered
- Change of mind (unless seller accepts returns).
- Item accurately described but doesn’t meet personal expectations.
- Prohibited items (not allowed on Pewcentric).
- Orders outside the dispute window.
- Buyer Responsibilities
- Contact the seller first to resolve the issue.
- Provide order ID, photos, shipping details as needed.
- Submit claim to Pewcentric within the required timeframe.
- How to File a Claim
- Contact the seller within 7 days of delivery.
- If unresolved, email support@pewcentric.com within 14 days of delivery with details.
- We’ll request evidence from both parties.
- We’ll issue a decision (refund, partial refund, or denial).
- Limits Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. No disputes will be accepted more than 30 days after the order date. Abuse of the policy may result in loss of eligibility.
Returns and Refunds Policy
This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns, refunds, and order issues are handled on Pewcentric. By buying or selling on pewcentric.com, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Use.
- General Principles
- Each seller sets their own return/refund terms, which must comply with this policy.
- Buyers should review the seller’s return policy before purchasing.
- Pewcentric may mediate disputes if buyer and seller cannot resolve an issue.
- Eligible Returns
- Within the seller ’s return window (e.g., 14 or 30 days).
- Item in original condition (unused/unworn/uninstalled) where possible.
- Damaged, defective, or not as described.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items.
- Digital goods or downloads.
- Services once provided.
- Perishable goods.

Refunds
Refunds are issued once a return is confirmed received by the seller or after Pewcentric review. Refunds go to the original payment method; applicable fees may be deducted under the Payments Policy. -
Return Shipping
- Buyer pays return shipping unless item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- Tracked shipping is recommended; sellers may deny refunds if items are not returned.
- Order Issues & Disputes
- Contact the seller first.
- If unresolved, escalate to Pewcentric within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide evidence (photos, tracking, messages) upon request.
Pewcentric’s decision is final for marketplace purposes.

Payments Policy
This Payments Policy explains how payments, fees, and payouts work on Pewcentric. By using pewcentric.com, you agree to this policy as well as our Terms of Use and Seller Policy.
- How Payments Work
- Buyers pay through checkout using approved providers (such as Stripe).
- Sellers must connect to our payment provider to receive payouts.
- Pewcentric holds payments securely until processed, then releases funds to the seller.
- Fees: subject to change at any time. Currently
- Listing Fee: $10.00 per item (one-time, regardless of units sold).
- Transaction Fee: 10% of total of sale price plus shipping
- Payouts
- Standard payout timing is 3–5 business days after the order is completed.
- New sellers may experience up to 7-day holds while accounts are verified.
- Delays may occur for disputes, chargebacks, or compliance reviews.
- Refunds & Chargebacks
- Refunds may reverse the corresponding seller payout.
- Chargebacks are handled by the payment provider; funds may be held during review.
- Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, shipping proof, and timely communication.
- Taxes & Currency
- Sellers are responsible for taxes unless Pewcentric is legally required to collect/remit.
- Transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise stated. Conversion/banking fees may apply.

Holds & Suspensions Pewcentric may place holds or suspend accounts if fraud, disputes, or policy violations are suspected.

Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy
Pewcentric respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy explains how we handle copyright and trademark issues on the Site, including compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).
- Seller Responsibilities
- Only sell products and services you created or have the legal right to sell.
- Use your own images, descriptions, and branding unless you have permission.
- No counterfeit, knockoff, or trademark-infringing products.
- Reporting Infringement
Email legal@pewcentric.com with:
- Your contact info.
- Description of the work or trademark you believe is infringed.
- Location of the infringing material (URL or listing ID).
- Good-faith statement the use is not authorized.
- Statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you’re authorized.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Counter-Notice
If you believe removal was an error, email [legal@pewcentric.com(mailto:legal@pewcentric.com) with:
- Your contact info.
- Identification of the removed material and its previous location.
- Statement under penalty of perjury you believe the removal was a mistake.
- Consent to jurisdiction in Cook County, Illinois, and acceptance of service of process from the complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We may restore the material unless the complainant files a court action within 10 business days.

Repeat Infringers
Repeat infringers may have accounts permanently suspended. -
Pewcentric’s Role
We do not adjudicate ownership disputes but comply with valid DMCA notices. We may remove alleged infringing material at our discretion. -
