Every item from Klock Holding Co. is made to order.

Typical production time is 2–4 weeks from the date your order is placed. Orders are generally completed in the order they are received, and customizations or unusually complicated orders may require additional time.

Production time does not include shipping. Once your order is finished, you’ll receive shipping information and your order will be on its way.

This is a small, made-to-order shop, so turnaround times are estimates rather than guaranteed completion dates. If I expect your order to take longer than the normal 2–4 week window, I’ll reach out and let you know.

Every Klock Holding Co. product is made to order, so please confirm your sizing, color, configuration, and attachment selections before placing your order.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.

Returns

Because every item is made to order, returns are not accepted for sizing, color, configuration, attachment selection, or other customer-selected options.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact me promptly and I will correct the issue.

3D-Printed Parts, Wear & Breakage

These are functional 3D-printed products. Visible layer lines, minor surface variations, and small cosmetic differences are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

3D-printed components are also replaceable wear items. Parts may eventually wear, crack, or break through normal use, impact, modification, improper installation, or other stresses. This type of wear or breakage is not covered as a manufacturing defect.

Spare components are included with each order, and the applicable STL files are available so replacement parts can be printed as needed.

Klock Holding Co. does not guarantee indefinite replacement-part availability, continued production of any specific color or material, or exact color matching for replacement parts. Colors, materials, hardware, and designs may change or be discontinued over time.

Any replacement parts provided outside of a confirmed manufacturing defect are subject to current availability, current materials and colors, and may require purchase.

If something appears to be a manufacturing issue, contact me with photos and a description of the problem. I will review it and determine the appropriate resolution.

For fitment, configuration, or compatibility questions, I am happy to help where practical, but custom troubleshooting, redesign work, modifications, and replacement of worn or broken components are not included as unlimited lifetime support.
