The R.O.V.E.R Competition Belt for IDPA - Custom Designs & Other Options
The Custom R.O.V.E.R. starts with the same articulated, ratcheting, IDPA-focused competition belt as the standard R.O.V.E.R., but expands the available options for shooters who want something outside the standard configuration. It uses the same high-strength polymer construction, modular links, replaceable components, and field-tested design. Every belt is still made specifically for you and your equipment.
Custom options include more than two colors, custom logos or artwork on larger links, and belt sizes greater than 44 inches. Colors can be mixed throughout the belt, and logos or other suitable artwork can be incorporated directly into compatible links. If the standard R.O.V.E.R. options don’t cover what you want, this is the version to choose.
Built Around Your Design
We’ll work through the complete design together before I manufacture anything. We’ll determine sizing, colors, textures, logo placement, link arrangement, equipment placement, and any other custom details required for your setup. Once we’ve agreed on the final design, I’ll build your one-of-one R.O.V.E.R. specifically for you. Since the pieces I design are custom for you - I will share the .STL files after you receive your belt so you can keep those to reprint and replace as required.

Klock Holding Co. is a one-man shop making customizable, maker-driven gear for competitive shooters. The idea is simple: competition gear doesn’t have to be one-size-fits-all. Shooters have different bodies, equipment, divisions, attachment preferences, and ideas about how their setup should work.
Everything started with solving problems in my own competition setup. I wanted a stiff, segmented belt with the characteristics I liked about systems such as the Lynx, but designed around IDPA requirements and attachments that were actually comfortable for me. That led to designing, printing, testing, and continually refining my own belts, mounts, and accessories. Today, I make gear for both IDPA and USPSA.
Open-source design is a core part of the shop. Every design I create is shared online free of charge so other shooters and makers can print it, modify it, adapt it, make replacement parts, or improve on it. If someone makes one of my designs better, that’s a feature, not a problem.
For shooters who don’t have a printer—or simply don’t want to build everything themselves—I offer finished products with customization options. For makers, the files I use are available HERE to download for free.
