This complete custom trigger parts kit fits the models in the title and can also be used to convert Marauder Pistol, 1720T and 1701P to a more responsive single-stage trigger with a much lighter and shorter pull. The addition of our light trigger spring is needed for PCP models and is highly suggested for the CO2 and variable pump models. It's extremely popular with hunters and competitive shooters, many prefer it to the Crosman/Benjamin clunky simulated two-stage triggers.

The MAGNUM TRIGGER is machined from extremely durable 360 brass. It's ultra-thin, extra-wide, extremely comfortable, smooth working, reduces pull about 4 oz and improves accuracy. It fits perfectly to eliminate unnecessary wobble, no shims or spring washers are necessary. The thin trigger blade leaves a lot more room inside the trigger guard which greatly improves comfort, especially for adult-sized fingers. Unnecessary forward movement of the trigger is completely eliminated by the trigger design. No other trigger in the industry comes even close to this level of comfort and performance. It's extremely durable and will easily last the life of your gun. There has to be a tiny bit of play to keep the trigger and sear from binding, especially if you have a current trigger frame with the plastic cover which can flex inwards when you squeeze the grips. There's some variance from one gun to the next in how it will fit, on average there's only about .002" of play which is about as perfect as you can get and still have everything work freely.

 The CUSTOM SAFETY is machined from 360 brass. It's dimensions are slightly different to fit and function better than the original plastic safety. It's fully-round compared to the plastic factory safety which is flat on the sides making it fit looser. In some cases you may need to remove burrs or excess paint from inside the hole in the trigger frame, otherwise it may fit too tight to engage with the trigger. As shown in the photos a 2" square of 300-600 grit wet/dry sandpaper can be rolled into a small tube to use as a deburring/reaming tool, it can be inserted into the hole and twisted to remove excess material. Don't clean it out too much or the safety will fit too loose. This work should be done to an empty frame which should be cleaned thoroughly before final assembly.

 The MAGNUM SEAR is made of heat-treated 410 stainless steel, it's extremely tough, durable and functions smooth. Like the trigger, it's wider than standard to eliminate unnecessary wobble so no shims or spring washers are needed, it leaves only enough clearance to work smoothly and allow the striker to seat properly.

The heat-treated alloy-steel 0.125" diameter trigger and sear pins are nearly indestructible and fit the holes in the custom trigger and sear perfectly with no wobble or slop, they will also fit the holes in your trigger frame and cover slightly tighter than the factory 0.124" diameter pins.
