Ordered 2 IWB holsters for my P365 X-Macro with Radian Ramjet/ Afterburner, one with a light and one without. Both fit perfectly right out of the box. No adjustments needed. Main thing I noticed is comfort. I have a whole box of rejected holster that I end up taking off halfway through the day, but these are easy to forget that I'm wearing, even when moving around. Very happy with both holsters!
