FILL ADAPTER for Bulk-Fill CO2 Conversion of 2240, 2250, 2260, 2300KT, 2400KT
This custom adapter is made from 7075 aluminum. It has a thread-on cap with matte finish and our custom stainless-steel fill nipple. It fits Crosman 2240, 2240XL, 2250B, 2260, 2260MB, 2300T, 2300S, 2300KT and 2400KT for bulk-fill conversion, you also need to convert your valve to bulk-fill with the Discovery valve cap we have listed. It makes a nice upgrade for PCP models like Benjamin Discovery, Maximus, Fortitude, Marauder Pistol, 1720T and 1701P, it's a direct fit on those models with no other parts needed.
It can be installed and removed turning it by hand or with a 7/16" wrench, deep-well socket or adjustable wrench on the hex-lug of the fill nipple. Do not over-tighten, just snug it down lightly as far as it will thread in. If too tight the nipple may unthread while trying to remove the adapter and will need to be resealed with thread tape.
DO NOT TRY TO REMOVE A FILL ADAPTER WITH PRESSURE INSIDE THE AIR TUBE, ALWAYS DEGASS AN AIRGUN BEFORE PERFORMING ANY WORK ON IT !!!
