Preorder Items: Products identified as PREORDER are not available for immediate shipment. Your order secures your place in our production queue. Production begins once enough orders have been received for a production run, so lead times will vary depending on order volume.

You will be notified when the production run containing your preorder is ready to begin. Because production is dependent on reaching the required order quantity, we cannot currently provide a guaranteed production or shipping date for preorder items.

In-Stock Items: Products that are not identified as PREORDER will be fulfilled according to the availability and shipping information provided in the individual listing.

Preorders

Certain Victory Spear products are offered on a preorder basis. Payment is processed at the time of purchase and secures your place in our production queue. Production begins once enough orders have been received for a production run.

You will be notified when the production run containing your order is ready to begin.

Preorder Cancellations & Refunds: You may request a full refund at any time before your order enters production. Once your order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled. After you receive the product, the standard return policy below applies.

Returns

Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused and uninstalled.

Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Prior Authorization: Please obtain authorization before returning an item. To contact us, go to our shop page or any Victory Spear listing and click Message Seller to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return Shipping

Defective or Incorrect Items: If an item is defective or you received the wrong item, Victory Spear will cover the return shipping costs.

Customer Preference: If a return is due to customer preference or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
