Valortec is a women veteran-owned firearms training, security consulting, and instructor development academy serving Tampa, Central Florida, and clients across the state of Florida. Founded in 2019, Valortec was built to raise the standard in firearms education by delivering serious, responsible, and performance-driven training for civilians, armed professionals, law enforcement personnel, and military instructors.

Our team includes licensed law enforcement instructors and experienced professionals with backgrounds in law enforcement, national security, protective operations, emergency management, investigations, and high-risk security environments.
