Made to order: Every PrecisionFit grip is custom-made using the customer's hand impression and 3D scan. Each grip is inspected and finished before shipping.

Production lead time: Typically 2–3 weeks after NXG Arms receives the completed mold and has everything needed to build the order. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Cerakote and non-stock colors may require additional time.

Mold kit deadline: Customers have 60 days from delivery to make their impression and return all mold kits. If the mold hardens or becomes unusable after that period, a replacement kit costs $30.

Shipping: U.S. shipping is standard. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, tracking is provided when orders ship, and international customers must contact the shop before ordering. Delivery dates are estimates.

Custom grip returns: All sales are final once the mold kit ships. Returning-customer grip orders are also final once placed. Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the feel of a grip does not qualify for a return.

Manufacturing defects: Contact the shop within 30 days of delivery with photos and details. Eligible defects may be repaired or replaced at the shop's discretion.

Order cancellations: New PrecisionFit orders can be cancelled for a full refund before the mold kit ships. After shipment, orders are non-refundable. Cancellations or modifications are not accepted once production begins. ARES chassis orders have separate cancellation terms.

ARES 10/22 chassis: Unused chassis in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery, with return shipping paid by the customer. The returns page also allows cancellation before shipment.

Apparel: When available, unworn, unwashed apparel with tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyers pay return shipping unless the wrong size was shipped.

Mold kit return shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the completed mold kit back to NXG Arms.
