We want you to be happy with your purchase from North Forest Arms. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the item has not been customized, is unused, and is returned in its original packaging.

This return policy applies only to purchases made through the North Forest Arms shop on Pewcentric. If you purchased a North Forest Arms product from another retailer or marketplace, please contact that seller directly, as their return policy applies.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The order must have been placed through the North Forest Arms shop on Pewcentric.

• Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise required by law or approved by North Forest Arms.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

• Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund.

Please do not ship your return until you have received return authorization and shipping instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. We do not offer store credit or gift cards in place of refunds.
