All Kobura products are custom-made to order.

Production lead times may vary depending on product configuration, material availability, order volume, and customization options.

Customers are responsible for verifying firearm model, light/optic compatibility, and configuration selections before placing an order.

Kobura reserves the right to delay or cancel orders affected by material shortages, production constraints, or incorrect configuration selections.

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in brand-new, unused, unaltered condition with all original hardware and components included.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds to cover inspection, cleaning, and repackaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Using a trackable shipping service is strongly recommended.

All returned products are inspected upon arrival and returns may be refused if the item shows signs of use, alteration, damage, wear, or missing hardware.

If a return is refused after inspection, the item may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense and no refund will be issued.

Orders for custom-made products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
