Return Policy

Kobura products purchased on Pewcentric  may be returned, provided they meet the following criteria:

• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be in brand-new, original, and unaltered condition. 

• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This covers the labor required to inspect, clean, and repackage the item.

• Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Inspection & Refusal Rights

All returns are subject to a rigorous inspection upon arrival at our facility.

• If the holster is found to be altered, damaged, worn, or missing hardware, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

• If refused, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, and no refund will be issued.
