Yes, that’s right! We are based in the China (GuangDong to be specific), but we ship orders internationally every day of the week. Mainland CN parcels can take up to 3 working days to be delivered once they have been dispatched. International parcels usually take 9-14 working days to be delivered from the date of the dispatch email, although this is slightly dependent on the recipient country’s customs clearance time.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear for a full refund, no questions asked. Returns requested after 30 days are only eligible for a replacement of the same item. • Returned custom holster colors are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

• Items that are not returned in their original condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• International orders are not eligible for free returns.

Refunds:

Once we receive your order and it is inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your return and approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, your refund will be automatically processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. (Credits may take up to 5 business days to reflect on your account).
