Our products are 3D printed and assembled in Tennessee. Availability and processing times vary by product and current order volume. Please refer to each listing for its estimated shipping timeframe.

Items available in stock can ship sooner, while products requiring production or assembly need additional preparation time. Orders requiring production are generally completed in the order received.

Processing time covers preparing your order before shipment. Carrier transit time is separate, and estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Most products are made to order. Change-of-mind or aesthetic-preference returns may not be accepted. Used, installed, modified, or altered items are not eligible for standard returns.

Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a detailed description, and clear photos or video of the item, packaging, shipping label, and problem. We may request additional information or a return for inspection. Approved claims receive a replacement or refund, depending on circumstances and availability.

Misuse, accidents, improper installation, modification, disassembly, unauthorized repair, and normal wear are excluded.

Approved returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, with items unused, in original condition and packaging. Prior authorization is required.

Customers pay return shipping unless the return involves confirmed damage, defect, or our error. Approved claims may qualify for a prepaid label or reimbursement. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection; bank processing may vary.

Contact us promptly to request cancellation. If we cancel an unfulfilled order, collected payments are refunded.
